Fashionista Truffle TryOn is an AI-powered virtual try-on service that allows users to:

• Upload personal photos for virtual try-on purposes
• Select clothing, makeup, and accessories from online retailers
• Generate AI-powered visualizations of how items would look on the user
• Share and download generated images
• Since it is AI powered, we only adhere to the accuracy of the Image GenAI Model

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account using Google OAuth authentication
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account complies with these Terms

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or misuse the Service
• Fail to pay for purchased services

4. Token System and Payments

4.1 Token Purchases

• Tokens: Our Service operates on a token-based system where each AI-generated try-on requires one token (1 token)
• Pricing: Token packages are available at various price points as displayed in the Service
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Non-Refundable: Token purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law

4.2 Token Usage

• Tokens do not expire and remain valid indefinitely
• Tokens are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Tokens can only be used within the Fashionista Truffle TryOn Service
• Failed generations may be eligible for token refunds / transfer to another account at our discretion

4.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect tokens already purchased.

5. User Content and Photos

5.1 Your Photos

When you upload photos to our Service:

• You retain all ownership rights to your photos
• You grant us a limited license to process your photos for generating try-on results
• You represent that you have the right to upload and use the photos
• You can delete your photos at any time from your account settings
• File size of all photos combined should be less than 700K

5.2 Generated Images

• AI-generated try-on images are created for your personal use
• Generated images are stored temporarily in your account
• You may download, share, or delete generated images
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service

5.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload photos that:

• Contain nudity or sexually explicit content
• Depict minors (under 18 years of age)
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Violate any person's privacy or publicity rights

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to circumvent security features
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fashionista Truffle TryOn shall not be liable for:

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
